The food was delicious and had a wide range of options at the breakfast buffet. The staff also took a lot of care to decorate our room and make it special. It was really sweet of them to go above and beyond. The teddy museum is also a great attraction located within the resort and you get discounted tickets if you are staying at the resort.

Service was superb, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lobby was spacious. The pool is totally kids friendly, my 15-month old son enjoyed the baby pool a lot! Requested for a baby cot, and it's free of charge, satisfied mum indeed!

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool area was also very nice, clean, and great for both kids and adults. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Very clean. Really nice staff, always happy to help. Nice size room, with a good comfy bed . Decent, powerful shower. Fridge, safe, hairdryer, ironing board, etc . Plenty of sun loungers and towels. Decent breakfast and coffee.

The activities were fun and engaging, from colouring to arts and crafts, and it gave them a chance to be creative while having a great time. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure the kids felt comfortable and happy throughout. It was such a bonus to have a safe and fun space for the little ones, while we parents could relax and enjoy the resort.
